XOX and ONEXOX have officially kicked off their X-Bike and X-Truck services. These will be the latest addition to the telco’s customer services wing.
These will be available across the country as XOX and ONEXOX reaffirm their commitment towards providing inclusive connectivity and telecommunication services to various customer segments in the nation.
Specially for customers with limited access to outlets
According to Mr Ng Kok Heng, Group Chief Executive Officer of XOX, the X-Bike and X-Truck services simplify and streamline obtaining telecommunication line and internet data services at an affordable rate within reach.
“Customers who especially live in remote areas with limited access to the nearby city or unable to walk into our outlets will now have a better service option to get their telco and data needs without leaving their house,” said Mr Ng Kok Heng in a press release today.
“We believe in providing 360 degrees customer service and convenience to customers, regardless of their location. With the availability of X-Bike and X-Truck now, our main mission is to ensure that no one is left out in getting essential needs, such as mobile line and internet data. Technology and telco services should be made easily available and accessible to everyone,” Mr Ng added further.
It was also mentioned that the group’s products are among the competitive ones in the market. This is credited to unlimited data and calls for the group’s prepaid and postpaid plans. As such, customers can enjoy extensive value for their money in return.
“Based on the continuous enhancements that we have implemented on our products, we anticipate a surge in market demand. X-Bike is poised to effortlessly fulfil this increased need,” Mr Ng Kok Heng continued.
Bringing telco services to the customer’s doorstep
X-Bike offers Malaysians a rather unique service. It brings the company’s telecommunications services right to its customers’ doorstep. By using X-Bike, the assigned XOX dealer will deliver the customer’s order request to their respective locations.
On the other hand, X-Truck is a moving retail outlet in the market which will have the primary function of holding roadshows and events across the country, which also serves as a moving brand signage for promotional tours. Customers can choose to attend the closest road show in order to reach out directly to XOX dealers.
Currently, 50 units of X-Bike and 5 units of X-Truck are readily available to roam around and provide their services covering all states in Peninsular Malaysia. Customers may log in to www.xox.com.my to locate the nearest X-Bike service for booking arrangement.
