Razer Partners Google Play And E.SUN To Expand Payment Options

Razer Merchant Services (RMS), a division of Razer Fintech, has announced that they will collaborate with Google Play and E.SUN Bank to expand their services in Taiwan and the surrounding region.

The partnership will introduce RMS payment methods for over 13,000 convenience stores, such as 7-Eleven, Family Mart, and Hi-Mart. The partnership will facilitate cash-over-counter transactions as well as the ability to use Virtual/Bank Transfer payment methods for Google Pay purchases.

Offers an alternative payment method

Developers who use Google Play can now use RMS’ comprehensive suite of payment methods to provide a more seamless process of transaction for its customers.

Through RMS, customers can now rely on an alternative payment method to pay at international convenience store chains, without being charged for a service fee.

With the rapidly evolving payment landscape, RMS remains at the forefront of innovation, constantly expanding its range of payment methods to meet the dynamic needs of businesses and consumers.

“Working with Google showcases the increasing demand for our seamless payment solutions”, said Lee Li Meng, CEO of Razer Fintech. “As part of this collaboration, we’ve been able to introduce Google to a whole new pool of paid users – driving sales growth and enhancing customer experiences across borders.”

Offer a more secure payment experience

RMS and its new solution also hope to tackle the increasing reports of fraud in credit card transactions. By offering these payment options with stringent Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, RMS significantly minimises the occurrence of fraudulent activities, providing customers with a secure payment experience.

The strategic collaboration also allows RMS the capability to process transactions in Taiwanese Dollars and settle cross-border purchases in United States Dollars.

Not only does this bring added convenience and savings to shoppers, but it also empowers businesses and merchants to broaden their market reach and provide a seamless payment experience.
