Alliance Bank Introduces Digital Instant Banking Solution
Alliance Bank has launched its fully digital banking solution today.
Joel Kornreich, Group Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Bank Malaysia said this new digital banking option will provide their customers with more options, flexibility, and convenience.
“Due to the current situation, we have seen a rapid adoption of digital channels by consumers who prefer to minimise physical exposure for safety reasons.
“We fully empathise with this, and the instant digital account opening service and application for credit facility such as credit card and personal loan are examples of quickly responding to our customers’ needs,” he said in a statement, today.
Their online banking system is powered by an electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC) identity verification technology provided in partnership with CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd.
Alliance Bank customers can now carry out the following banking services remotely on their mobile phone:
- Open a savings account
- Apply for a credit card
- Apply for a personal loan
However, customers can still ask for remote assistance by clicking on a button provided during the digital account opening process or credit application.
Alliance Bank is inviting its customers to apply online for this service via www.alliancebank.com.my/savespendborrow.
The first 200 customers who apply online will be able to enjoy special interest rates and cashback on savings account, credit card and personal loan. This promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis.
