Visa Cardholders Can Access Concierge Services Through New Mobile App
Premium Visa cardholders can now access concierge services easily through a mobile app.
Visa has announced the launch of Malaysia’s first concierge mobile app that enables cardholders to access a list of concierge services on their mobile phone. The app is available on both the iOS App Store and the Google Android Store.
Prior to this, cardholders had to either dial a hotline or email a concierge provider for their services. This new mobile concierge app allows consumers access services like hotel bookings, flight and restaurant reservations, event tickets and more – straight from their phone. There will also be a live-chat function available on the app, so consumers can chat with a customer service representative in case they have any questions and customised requests to make.
“We have one of the highest smartphone penetration in the world, and naturally, our affluent cardholders are also becoming increasingly digital and use their mobile devices for various purposes,” said Ng Kong Boon, Visa Country Manager for Malaysia.
“With the introduction of on-demand apps in the market, where Malaysians become accustomed to ordering and purchasing a product or service on the go, they are used to a high level of speed and efficiency. At Visa, we see the need to provide our affluent cardholders with the same level of efficiency when it comes to concierge requests.”
