A collaborative effort between CIMB Bank Bhd and Visa, the e Credit Card offers a bespoke credit card experience that maximises the value of all online shopping, e-wallet, auto-billing and in-store contactless spending for customers.

In an official statement released by CIMB Group, Samir Gupta, CEO of group consumer banking, believes that the e Credit Card will “play an essential role in supporting customers’ daily needs by providing greater ease and extra value to their digital-first lifestyles.”

Part of that extra value is to offer special benefits and bonuses for 14 featured partners (with more to be added in the future) and an “eDay” on the 10th of every month where customers can get 12X bonus points on spending for selected partners such as Shopee, Lazada, Taobao, Watsons Online and more.
