- Conversing with customers to help them assess various products in the market and make a purchasing decision based on their buying style and needs

Skills & Requirements
- Sales experience (call centre background is desirable)
- Broadband technical knowledge would be an advantage
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Good proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage
- A goal driven personality and an aspirational desire to succeed
- Magnificent communication skills - you talk less then you listen
- The ability to tap into customers emotional buying reasons
- The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
- The ability to adapt to different situations (there is always a lot going on in our business!)
