What is the maximum amount you can borrow?
Borrowable amount of up to RM200,000 for a maximum financing tenure of 10 years.
Applicant must be between the age of 18 to 58 years old at the end of financing tenure to qualify.
Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen employed as civil servants under Federal Government and selected government agencies with a minimum gross salary of RM2,000 per month.
Opening of a linked bank account is compulsory.
