  • The maximum financing amount is RM200,000, excluding other charges

    • Citizenship: Malaysian
    • Age: Between 18 – 70 years old. (subject to retirement age at the end of financing tenure)
    • All qualified ASB investors under the Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) guidelines.
    • Permanent employee who has been employed for 3 months and above

  • For this product, no guarantor is required as all financed ASB Unit Certificate(s) will be kept by the Bank throughout the financing tenure and pledged as collateral under the Shariah contract of Rahn, whereby the pledgor (rahin) pledges the asset (marhun) to the pledgee (murtahin) to secure the obligor’s liability or obligation (marhun bih) in the event of default.
