Employees of the Federal or State Government, agencies, statutory bodies, boards and commissions, municipal councils/local authorities, and wholly government-owned companies (GLC/GLC Negeri), earning a minimum of RM 2,000 a month with at least 2 years of service and at least 12 months remaining on their current contract.
