- Single (individual) or joint application (husband/ wife).
- Evidence of valid income.
- Not a bankrupt
- Customer is allowed to redraw the accumulated Excess Payment amount subject to the terms and conditions set out by the Bank.
- Residential property under construction/ completed house or sub-sale.
- Property value minimum of RM100,000.
- The financing period ranges from a minimum of 5 years to a maximum of 35 years, or until the borrower reaches 70 years of age at the end of the term, whichever comes first.
- The Redraw process will take approximately thirty three minutes (30 minutes) business hours.
