You can earn up to 5% cashback on eligible retail spending with your Alliance Bank Visa Signature Credit Card. Cashback applies to everyday purchases like dining, groceries, petrol, and online shopping. The percentage and monthly caps are based on the bank’s tiered cashback structure and credited automatically to your account every statement cycle.
Cashback is earned automatically whenever you make eligible retail transactions. The percentage you receive depends on your total monthly spend and merchant category. Cashback is credited to your card account in the following billing cycle, no redemption required. Non-eligible transactions such as cash advances, balance transfers, instalment plans, and fees do not earn cashback.
To qualify for this card, you’ll need to earn at least RM48,000 a year (or RM4,000 per month) and be at least 21 years old for a principal card. Supplementary cardholders must be 18 years old and above. Applications can be made online through Alliance Bank or any branch.
Card applications are typically processed within three to five working days once all required documents are received. Applicants with existing Alliance Bank relationships, such as deposit or loan accounts, may enjoy quicker approval times.

Yes. The annual fee is RM148 for the principal card, while the supplementary card is free for life.
If you do not meet either condition, the annual fee of RM148 will apply from your second year onward.

Yes. The Visa Signature card also participates in Alliance Bank’s Timeless Bonus Points (TBP) programme. Certain categories, such as e-wallet reloads and online transactions, may earn TBP instead of cashback, depending on current campaigns or spend tiers. The reward structure and monthly caps are subject to change, so always refer to the latest Alliance Bank updates for details.
Yes. You can use your Visa Signature card worldwide wherever Visa is accepted. For foreign-currency transactions, Alliance Bank applies a foreign transaction fee of up to 1%, plus Visa’s currency conversion rate. The converted amount will appear on your statement in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
You can activate your card instantly via the Alliance Bank mobile app, through Alliance Online Banking, or by calling the Customer Service Hotline. Once activated and your PIN is set, your card is ready for use.
You can pay your bill through Alliance Online Banking, JomPAY, interbank transfers (FPX), or by setting up auto-debit from your Alliance Bank deposit account. The minimum monthly repayment is 5% of your outstanding balance or RM50, whichever is higher.
To cancel, call the Alliance Bank Customer Service Hotline or visit your nearest branch. Ensure your outstanding balance is fully settled before closing the account. Any unredeemed cashback or reward points will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Turn on SMS alerts and in-app notifications to monitor every transaction. You can also freeze or unfreeze your card anytime through the Alliance Bank mobile app. If your card is lost or stolen, call the 24-hour hotline (03-5516 9988) immediately to block it and prevent misuse.
