Intern, Commercial (Call Centre)

Founded in 2012, iMoney is Southeast Asia’s leading fintech marketplace for consumer financial and utility products, with operations in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, and Singapore. We help 20 million people annually with their financial needs and empower them to make intelligent decisions on money matters. We provide an accessible and secure space for them to learn, compare financial products, check their credit scores, and keep in touch with the latest personal finance news and tips.

We are now looking for a Commercial Intern who aspires to grow iMoney brand and presence further.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Interact and contact customers through phone calls and emails to help customer complete document submissions.
Address customer’s sales enquiries and provide consultation professionally.
Maintain and manage customers relations.
Support any tasks or duties assigned by the management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate experience in planning, budgeting or analytical work
Track record of problem solving via creative solutions in collaboration with teams
