What is the maximum allowable financing amount?

Financing amount of up to to RM150,000 for a maximum tenure of 10 years

The catch?

Applicant must be at least 20 years old. Maximum age is 55 years old for those under PDRM, and 58 years old for other sectors depending on age and financing tenure

An employee of a government & GLC sector with a minimum gross salary of RM1,500 per month

What will it cost you and how will you be charged?

Early settlement fee:
  • Processing fee of RM60 for early settlement statement
  • Late penalty charge:
  • 1%p.a from current outstanding amount

  • How long is the application approval process and what are the documents required?

    Approval will take 2 to 3 working days.

    You are required to furnish the following documents for your financing application:

  • Copy of NRIC (front and back)
  • Copy of Police NRIC, if applicable (front and back)
  • Latest 3 months salary slips, verified by employer
  • Latest bank statement (salary account)
  • Employment confirmation letter
  • Other documents on case to case basis
  • Can you apply if you have a bad CCRIS/ CTOS/ Credit Record?

    No, you are required to settle all overdue payments before applying. It is advised that you continue repaying your financing on time for another three months before reapplying, but subject to the banks own credit assessment.
