RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seamlessly manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers who've used our comparison services receive top-notch support.
  • Transform queries into solutions. Deliver accurate and professional responses every time.
  • Be a financial guide! Gain expertise in our product offerings and recommend ideal financial products based on customer requirements.
  • Spot the opportunity! Cross-sell and enhance customer portfolios whenever possible.
  • Consistently meet or even outdo daily and monthly sales and call targets.
  • Worry not about being thrown into the deep end. We'll ensure you're well-equipped with product knowledge and training.

  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing? Fantastic.
  • Educational qualifications ranging from SPM/O Level to Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates? You're welcome to be part of our dynamic team.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Your negotiation and consultative sales skills? Top tier.
  • Organized, problem-solver with effective communication prowess.
  • Drive sales while ensuring that customer satisfaction isn't compromised.
  • Familiarity with financial services, especially Personal Loans or Credit Cards? That's a bonus.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Based in or willing to commute to Bangsar South? Perfect.
