Job Description

We are currently on a hiring spree to recruit vibrant and energetic individuals for the Telesales Representative position who are passionate and ambitious in growing our company to the next level. The individual should have some experience in the industry, is always striving to achieve targets, and is constantly hungry for knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls to achieve sales targets by providing an optimum service to customers who have done comparisons on our website
  • Help customers find the products that best suit their needs
  • Attend to customers’ queries by providing accurate information and ensuring that queries are handled professionally
  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of financial products and services offered, to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to prospective customers
  • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

Skills & Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Levels/Pre-U, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • A minimum of one (1) year working experience in the telemarketing industry is highly preferable. However, fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
  • Deliver sales with outstanding levels of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s vision
  • Knowledge in financial services such as personal loans, telecommunications and/ or broadband services would be an added advantage. However, product knowledge and training will also be provided
  • Great communication or interpersonal skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
