Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

    Reporting into iMoney’s Malaysia Head of Credit Products, and working closely with group & country functions, you will be responsible for the overall profit and loss (P&L) of one of iMoney Malaysia’s key business vertical. Your key responsibilities include
  • Responsible for the P&L of a core business vertical for iMoney Malaysia
  • Develop monthly targets, manage and optimise performance including performing ad-hoc business analysis and making tactical adjustments towards meeting of targets
  • Work closely with Group functions (Marketing, Product, Technology and Data Science) and Call Center to optimise conversion metrics of the vertical, including contribute towards solutions to key product, marketing and conversion challenges to drive revenue and profitability
  • Lead business development efforts, including forging long lasting relationships and deepening the cooperation with partners to optimise funnel conversion, product mix, revenue per sale, and ultimately improve P&L metrics
  • Provide market feedback on industry trends & research that are relevant to the vertical

  • Excellent communication in English. Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese an advantage

  • At least 5 years of working experience, ideally in a digital e-commerce consumer or telco business
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Account management experience is ideal
  • Experience within sales and marketing functions coupled with operational and commercial experience
  • Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Effective planning and prioritisation skills
