The Sales Support Executive is an entry-level role designed to support one of the products sales to achieve its ambitious targets. The role exists to undertake a variety of tasks needed mainly admin to enable the business to run on a day-to-day basis and is thus fundamental for its smooth operation. Sales Support Executive will be reporting to the Credit Admin Manager and work closely with internal teams to execute all the tasks assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Process broadband applications according to SOP guide
  • Liaise with the sales team, through email and WhatsApp to handle requests and queries from either party including provider's sales support team (external)
  • Ensure required documentation is complete and of acceptable quality according to guidelines by Internet Service Providers prior to acceptance of submission from the sales team
  • Provide constructive feedback on returned/withdrawn/rejected orders with minimum TAT/according to SLA
  • Ensure documentation/reports for monthly claims is accurate and timely submitted to Service Providers
  • Daily monitoring and update of order status to ensure sales team is consistently updated
  • Daily monitoring and update of service availability (Port check)
  • Responsible for all ad hoc tasks that are relevant to administrative duties assigned by manager

Skills & Requirements

  • Sales support experience
  • Broadband technical knowledge would be an advantage
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Good proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage
  • A 'goal driven' personality and an aspirational desire to succeed
  • Magnificent communication skills - you listen more than you talk
  • The ability to problem solve and encourage people to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps suite
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Energetic and driven personality
