Product Manager

Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:
The perfect candidate is a strategic thinker who is extremely analytical and detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing, as well. As Product Manager, you will take responsibility to define product features and performance of all key features for Front-End products at IMoney – identify areas to improve, define product enhancements and achieve conversion goals. You will drive the product development with multiple teams and deliver on timelines


  • Deeply understand IMoney mission and strategies
  • Requires challenging all members of cross-functional team (engineering, business, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans
  • Be data driven: The product design and direction should be based on data(customer behaviour analytics, business metrics etc). Solicit and embrace critical feedback
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learning back into development process
  • Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to all the stakeholders
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to help define the product strategy that meets the external & internal customers’ needs while satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and resource costs
  • Work closely with the development teams to explain requirements of new features
  • Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market
  • Liaison between Providers and internal stakeholders
  • As Subject Matter expert, provide ongoing support including training, requirements specification, and development support for the team

Skills & Requirements

  • 2-6 years of Product experience working in the online industry. A Computer Science degree Or Engineering is preferred but not mandatory
  • Works well under pressure, has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results
  • The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Must be a true problem solver with outstanding skills in discovery techniques and the proven ability to translate the underlying business needs of requests into actionable items
  • Must be a strong and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with business users and able to translate business requirement into software requirements
  • Customer Focused approach to solutions
  • Solid understanding of web/mobile user behaviour
  • Have an experience in delivering consumer internet products from the ideation board to the customer
  • Stellar design instincts and product taste
  • Ability to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis
  • A never-ending desire to grow and learn
