Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

    Human Resource Strategy and Mission
  • Working with the leadership team to develop the overall people and culture strategy to assist the Group in achieving objectives through its high growth phase
  • Developing compelling employee value proposition to attract, develop and retain high potential employees
  • Developing supporting initiatives (processes and controls) to enable scalability
  • Being an integrated member of the management team; and, a thought leader on people and culture matters bringing new thinking / tools to the company
  • Recruitment and Work Force Management
  • You will have a strong proven history in partnering with hiring managers to detail recruitment requirements; (i) developing and overseeing selection process; (ii) ensuring consistent follow through in the recruitment process; and (iii) smooth on-boarding
  • Ensure positions are filled within budgets and projected plans
  • Consultancy
  • Provide business with sound technical people and culture advice and coaching on the areas of recruitment, remuneration, performance management, performance improvement, employee development, employment engagement, absenteeism, change management/communication and employee relations
  • Manage annual performance management cycles. Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency of process
  • Manage any disciplinary processes
  • Conduct regular reviews on people and culture policies, process and procedures to ensure Group is abreast of current best practice / leadership team are aware of key new developments
  • Ensure company is aware and compliant with employment related policy / regulations (including Health & Safety) in each market in which the company operates
  • Oversee Group payroll compliance and processes
  • Training and Development
  • Assist in facilitating workshops across the iMoney business
  • Assist in the development of targeted coaching and training plans to improve staff performance

Skills & Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • At least eight years’ experience in HR strategy / operations in progressive organizations
  • Strong proven track record in the recruitment and work force management function
  • Business partnering experience
  • An ambitious self-starter, able to work independently in a fluid / fast moving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a strategic level (understanding long term direction) and at an operational level
  • Solid track record of making decisions with conviction; defending difficult decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence
  • Possesses good command of verbal and written English
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Positive energy level able to inspire others
