Job Description

The Role:

  • Work with Technology and Product squads to design and build innovative application and custom solutions for the Company’s website and internal customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Coaching and mentoring squad members on agile principles and practices
  • As a Leader in Technology tribe, you will play a critical role in shaping culture, project & change management, agile maturity, documentation, efficiency & productivity, cross-disciplinary and end to end products delivery
  • Responsible for day to day operation of the products, scoping, planning, iteration and change management, analysis, risk management, impediments, timelines, go-to-market (GTM), providing resolution and reporting to stakeholders
  • Accountable for all agile ceremonies, building high performing squad, identifying the skill gaps, helping members to grow and providing healthy workplace environment
  • Working closely with stakeholders in Technology and Product to break down and analyse complex business/ user problems, champion on technical practices to meet business and user needs with high quality and security standards
  • Contributing on technical direction, knowledge sharing, documentation and best-practices
  • Leading multi-functional engineering squad for all high-quality implementation, on-time product delivery and contributing on end to end integration
  • Passionate about innovating, learning, exploring and researching new emerging technology and its application to the product/services of the Company
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current language framework, tools and techniques to improve the Company’s products/ services

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in software development
  • Minimum 5+ years of leading and product delivery experience
  • Experience on building large scale, high availability application architecture
  • Proficient on agile software delivery methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Trello, etc
  • Proficient on GTM, iterative delivery, stakeholder management skills, managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent streams and business expectations in a specific time frame
  • Skilled on people managing, mentoring and conflict resolution
  • Exceptional on building informative, collaborative and communicative environment across Tech tribe and business departments
  • Advanced in forecasting, project & capacity planning, articulating ideas, iteration & delivery management
  • Experience on Front-end and Back-end web technologies
  • Understanding microservice architecture and DevOps mindset
  • Understanding infrastructure & application security and Security-by-design mindset
  • Advanced analytical, detail-oriented, communications and problem-solving skills
