Job Description

Key duties:

  • As iMoney’s CMO you will craft and execute effective and efficient localised marketing strategies in each of iMoney’s high-growth markets, namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore
  • Be the strategic leader and developmental coach for our high-performing multicultural marketing team comprising of over 20 paid media, organic, content, brand/PR, CRM and design experts and professionals
  • Grow iMoney’s audience, customer acquisition and lifetime engagement, across each market, according to a clear framework and processes that drive significant business growth, including identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Optimise existing growth channels and continuously test new and crazy campaigns to uncover untapped acquisition opportunities via new channels/li>
  • Establishing the brand proposition, values and guidelines; executing a clear go to market branding strategy via multiple online and offline channels, ensuring our brand message is strong and relevant to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Own the relationships with all marketing channel suppliers and drive best outcomes from these marketing partnerships
  • Use data to drive marketing performance and financial metrics with ownership of overall marketing P&L/li>
  • Be a key member of the senior leadership team contributing to the overall company strategy and direction as well as sharing learnings and best practices with the wider business

Skills & Requirements

  • Passionate about branding including previous experience in building and growing a brand in Southeast Asia utilising multiple online and offline channels
  • Solid grasp of the technical side and fundamentals of paid digital marketing channels (SEM), SEO, Content, Email and Design based conversion rate optimisation
  • Analytical & data driven to assess performance and improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns and channels
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, including 5 years leadership in scale-up stage digital consumer business
