Job Description

The Role:

  • Assist the Head of Brand Communications in writing, editing and reviewing various types of communications with our customers through email, advertising, website and chatbot and call centre scripting
  • Assist in monitoring and analysing the iMoney Brand Sentiment using sentimental analysis and review technology
  • Assist in managing vendors and agencies in terms of follow up on deadlines, service levels, invoices etc
  • Ensure timely execution of brand campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding across all company literature and ensure consistent look and feel of brand and marketing collateral/medium
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic and innovative brand/media initiatives, designed to drive brand ROIs
  • Execute activities or programmes to improve our overall brand awareness, position and recall with consumers
  • Write media releases for the organisation and distribute it to target media, as well as track the media coverage through daily media monitoring
  • Write and edit content on behalf of the company and specific individuals in the company for different platforms and media

Skills & Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in brand support and/or public relations Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must possess good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Able to deliver high quality work on time and work under pressure
  • Well organised, a good multi-tasker and tenacious in character
  • Interest in and knowledge of general consumer finance topics is highly advantageous, as is knowledge and/or experience in digital media
  • An innovative team player who is dynamic, motivated and process oriented with the determination to succeed
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
