How to Manage Stress Before It Manages You<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The goal isn\u2019t to eliminate stress completely (unless you plan to live on a beach with no WiFi). It\u2019s to stop it from reaching burnout territory. A manageable amount of pressure can keep us alert and productive. But there\u2019s productive stress and there\u2019s just plain mind numbing stress. When stress becomes constant, with no time to recover, that\u2019s when it shifts from motivation to damage.
