The public listing follows a merger with SK Growth Opportunities, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The merger was announced in February 2025 and was officially approved by shareholders on 30 March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As a result of this merger, SK Growth has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Webull, with a combined company value of approximately US$7.3 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trading of ordinary shares began on 11 April.
