The Road Transport Department has just ordered the recall of more than 41,000 vehicles from six brands due to potential safety risks.<\/p>\n

According to a statement released by the RTD<\/a>, the recall was necessary to prevent accidents caused by structural defects, equipment malfunctions or system failures in the vehicles.<\/p>\n

Of the 41,000 vehicles recalled, around 36,679 were Honda Civics and CR-Vs, 4,245 were Kia Sorento Xms, 291 were Man TGS trucks, and 474 vehicles were from Ford, Audi, and Mercedes.<\/p>\n

The RTD also mentioned that vehicle owners would be contacted by their respective manufacturers to schedule inspections.<\/p>\n

\"carAccording to the statement, the faulty components that are identified will be replaced free of charge by the vehicle\u2019s manufacturer.<\/p>\n

Some of the issues with these vehicles that were reported includes unusual noises, uneven steering rotation, cracks in the front axle brake hose, and abnormalities in several high-voltage battery modules.<\/p>\n

In order to keep drivers safe, the RTD urges the affected vehicles\u2019 owners to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
