Add to this the younger generation\u2019s growing focus on career, leaving the elderly with more living challenges than ever. PSL seeks to address these issues by creating additional full-board residences within the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The centre is located in the heart of Klang and within a short driving distance from Kuala Lumpur city centre.\u00a0 It provides a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ground-breaking approach to senior living lifestyle. The centre features a resort-like ambience, state-of-the-art medical facilities, and premium services meticulously designed for individuals aged 60 and above.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldbank.org\/en\/country\/malaysia\/publication\/a-silver-lining-productive-and-inclusive-aging-for-malaysia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">World Bank projections<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> indicate that Malaysia will reach &#8220;super-aged nation\u201d status by 2056. This means that 20% of the population will consist of people aged above 65 years old.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Located-in-a-former-4-star-hotel\"><\/span>Located in\u00a0 a former 4-star hotel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Acacia premier living spaces make use of a refurbished former 4-star Merrida Hotel, which ceased operations during the MCO period.
