If you\u2019re an avid train user, rejoice. Thanks to a new advance ticket sales system, you will now get to buy tickets for the Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad\u2019s (KTMB) Electric Train Service (ETS)\u00a0 and Intercity services 6 months in advance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cCurrently, ticket sales are open until December 31, 2023. This new ticket sales concept will start on July 30, when customers can purchase tickets for travel up to January 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNext month, on August 30, 2023, it will be open for travel until February 2024,\u201d the KTMB said in a statement.<\/span><\/p>\n

The KTMB also said that this new ticket system will allow commuters to plan their journeys six months in advance, which is a big boon for them, especially during festive seasons such as Hari Raya or Christmas.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re looking to try out the new system for yourself, you can purchase your tickets through the KTMB mobile app or through their <\/span>website<\/span><\/a>.
