Guidelines To Be Issued End Of The Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With the rise of cryptocurrency in Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) will issue guidelines on them by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>BNM Governor Tan Sri Muhammad Ibrahim has confirmed that he was looking into it as the new form of currency had attracted a lot of attention around the globe.<\/p>\n<p>The central bank hopes to come out with guidelines on cryptocurrency, in particular those relating to anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Muhammad added that he wanted to ensure that there are clear guidelines for those who want to participate in this sector.<\/p>\n<p><a
